Easy Taco Soup
This is an absolute favorite of my family!! It is easy, it feels healthy, and everyone loves it! The hardest thing to do is fry the hamburger and that is pretty easy. The original recipe says to use chili with beans and meat, but I prefer Brooks Mild Chili Beans and then add my own meat. The recipe also calls for 1 can of black beans. I always add 2 cans and sometimes 3 cans of black beans since they are really good for you.
The meat, sweet corn, and lettuce are all from HHM.
